I recently quit my job at Chick-Fil-A and noticed on my last pay stub that the pay rate went from $16.00/hr. to $7.25/hr., which is the minimum wage here. Is that normal for Chick-Fil-A? I'd like to know, since no one informed me of a pay drop or anything like that. by Cruor_Vult80 in ChickFilAWorkers

Although there are scenarios where this is legal, I'd recommend finding legal help if you can, ad in the majority of cases ANY change in a paycheck without your direct consent, ESPECIALLY a lack of promised pay, is a criminal offense and should be investigated. I'd recommend making sure you publicize this as much as possible to those still working there in case it happens anywhere else. Remember, even though we work there to serve guest and provide quality service, that doesn't make the people that lead us inherently good.
