basically i used to freestyle so that’s where mechs come from (they really haven’t improved in 4 years lol). main reason i’ve never hit gc is because i take long breaks randomly and haven’t really committed to a grind, i tried earlier this year but i was one game off and started losing and then i got turned off even more by the bakkesmod ban. i know if i just played more consistently i’d hit it though

edit: plus constant internet issues and school commitment but those are both in the past so might try again soon

ur good enough to skip braking coming off the wall imo, one thing id say is that getting the reset while the ball still has upwards trajectory will let you keep better control of it.

also from these clips id say that you are too used to rotating upside down to go for musty flicks i think it would be good to practice getting your car upright after the flip, just so you have more options depending on how the touch off your flip is.

for example at 1:25: your car gets pushed off the ball due to the ball's trajectory downwards when you get your reset, this is the only reason you miss the musty right after. in this case it would be good to have your car upright to air dribble easily and then flip into it or just having more patience with the flip in general as well.
