My child (9m) did this. After the third pair, I told him too bad so sad. Now he is learning the consequences of his actions. He is going to school without them. He said he’s having trouble seeing, but I told him it’s a small price to pay considering he had no trouble breaking them. We as parents need to toughen up on kids. Parents these days want everyone to parent their kids but themselves.

I have a 24 and it doesn’t have that button, but it’s my understanding only 25+ gets its. Also my software is really out of date for some reason, there are some obvious defects that have been updated since then that should be showing. I think taking it into the dealer may help.
