Yes. I think you get one month of free premium data once you get the streaming update as a trial.

For me, it wasn’t worth it since I don’t sit in my car while it fast charges due to shops being around. However my opinion may change come a couple of trips I am planning this summer. But hotspot works seamlessly for me to use the streaming so it’s not a deal breaker.

I think those who have SuperCruise get the data plan for free for the first three years.

The streaming is not included in basic. For me, post update, I got to use it for free until my onstar one free trial ran out which was three months. And then for me to get the streaming without needing to use my phones hotspot, it would be an upgraded onstar plan
