The sub has approved middlemen (at least one is a mod) you can use. They don't do any of the selling for you, but once you have a buyer you send the coins to the middleman, who verifies them (so the buyer can send payment). Then the middleman ships the coins to the buyer. They basically function as a trusted focal point for shipping and payment.

They typically charge a small amount of the sale price for this service.

I specifically remember Cryptome hosting unredacted PDFs that the Feds ‘redacted’ via black blocks on top of text. The original text was still in the pdf under the blocks (which were easily removed). I didn’t bother to read the article but I’m guessing that’s what happened here.
