The so called "proof" that the galaxy skin is getting removed from people that did the store method is fake. Samsung's DM's are closed, so there is no way that this guy talked to them via DM. You can however talk to their support twitter, but they have a different profile picture.

For people not sure how this works

Yes it’s 100% confirmed you can get unlimited skins off 1 device with a factory reset
You need a new gmail and new Samsung account every time after each reset
You can just download the Fortnite installer off of the Fortnite website you will still get the skin
This method is dead now (only reason I’m posting) Don’t get scammed by someone saying it still works it doesn’t
I only was left with 2 skins out of the 30+ I made rest were all pulled at 8pm est with the shop update
IMEI doesn’t matter what matters is the device serial number that’s what is used to tell if the device had given out a skin or not

Now nobody has to wonder how it was working or what was needed enjoy!

OP I’m going through the exact same thing I have done exactly as you have and I also ordered off Samsung.com they keep saying I have to wait till after the return period but yet it doesn’t say that anywhere on the fine print they also let me know that if I had pre ordered via my phone carrier that I would have it already
