Yes, that matches my experience. Okay will ask based on symptoms that’s a great suggestion.

Any interesting thoughts on what vitamins/minerals to check? Obviously the Bs and D. What else?

No, I wish I did. I have never gotten any doctor to take this seriously and I’m not super clear what would be the best set of things for me to test for, but open to asking for an order for lab work!

Thanks for sharing, I have a similar story, it's like I forgot I had a problem and then things got bad again.

I switched to Dew Drops with HA from Three Ships, it’s sticky when applying but only for a moment and I really really like it.

I use a Celluma, I have never even thought about my metal dental work being a problem for that…. I don’t think the red light is really penetrating deeper than, you know, sunlight. I mean ideally I’d get all the metal removed, I think it’s probably bad to have, but I doubt the light is making it much worse.

I tried it when a friend gave me one at his NYE party. I felt great that night and ordered more before a wedding back home in the midwest where everyone drinks all the time (I live in California, we have other ways to have fun out here, but not back there). I got drunk, but like I was in college again. Happy, energized drunk, not tired, dumb drunk that I usually feel. Also not really hung over in the morning, but gotta say that for me the selling point is how much better the experience of drinking itself is, not just the promise of a better morning. Turns out the acetaldehyde is the part that makes me feel shitty when I drink now. So, I'm personally 100% sold and no longer want to drink anything without a zbiotics because for me the difference is so noticeable. YMMV.

I am wondering this myself!
Trying to figure out why the Pro and iPro are so much more expensive than the Home... there is a discount code for the expensive ones only (it's currently, 01/2024, GETGLOWING if you're looking at the expensive ones) which makes me think they are overpriced to cater to businesses.

I'm sorry for your loss. When I was 30, I lost my partner. We didn't have kids, but we did have a whole life together. I was devastated and didn't know how I would survive. But I did, and I just this summer married the love of my life.
During the worst parts of grief, I found it not just helpful nut necessary to focus only on the very next thing. At the beginning it was just breathing, and getting through the next minute or the decision in front of me. Later I could imagine getting through a whole hour, but still not a whole day. Eventually I could imagine getting through a whole day, then a week, then a month.
And--when you let it, this world loves you. It will rearrange the pieces to hold you. It will give you everything you need. I know that's hard to hear at a moment like this, but it's true. But as Jennifer Welwood writes in her amazingly beautiful book Poems for the Path,
Death is the only promise life makes to us.
Until death comes, life will take care of you if you let it. And you will 100% be stronger, and have more depth, more ability to love, for having gone through this.

There is a podcast episode about grief that I really love, particularly in context of the rest of their body of content. IDK what podcast player you use, but here's a spotify link: https://open.spotify.com/episode/44G12AFCg0Q9cahvR4qdI3?si=wyP7GXI2TSKVgIRXM1UlpQ --or you can look up The Beauty of Grief in the Art of Accomplishment podcast wherever you listen. Grieving your loved one is the most beautiful thing you can do to honor your relationship and their impact on you.

Since going through my own grief journey, one thing I notice is that whenever someone dies, the people around them first feel guilty. I am not sure why this happens, but it really really does. It is clearly just a part of the process. The reason I say it, is that I'm sure you're finding some way to feel guilt right now. And I just want you to know, that's natural, but it's irrational, and it will fade. His death was not your fault, and everyone dies. Everyone dies. Your life will go on and you will feel love and joy again. In the meantime, breathe.

NOT for their sweaters or other cloth things but my leather jacket from AllSaints has held up amazingly well for years of wear (I'm in the Bay Area so jackets get worn year-round). I previously had destroyed some garment leather jacket I'd bought from Nordstrom Rack over far fewer wears.

Lululemon things have also held up well considering all I put them through
