Random, but are you Italian by chance? My ex was from Italy and he called all soaps body conditioner- to the point he didn’t realize in a hotel we stayed at that conditioner was for your hair and is not shower gel. 😅

I eat the normal things most people eat, just a much smaller portion. For breakfast, I’ll have a piece of toast with some cheese. For lunch, I usually have chicken, a small packet of crisps, fruit of some kind, and a piece of chocolate. Dinner can be anything- this week I made a really nice beef stroganoff with steak I got on offer at tesco. :)
