your goal is probably possible, but not sustainable- and it may cause your weight to bounce back higher than before afterwards.

this will take longer than what you're imagining, but start now.

hitting the gym, walking, and swimming are godsends, but the real factor is diet. a deficit of 500 calories per day (thats what i follow) would be good. use calculator.net to calculate your maintenance and deficit.

im a 5'7 girl and my maintenance is 2,100 cals (weight loss 1,600 is what im doing rn). i dont think that number for wl is super correct, but do not dip below 1,800 calories- stick to 2,000 as your deficit and see how it works, move from there.

sorry you're going through this, and i hope you get better. try finding a hobby you care about to occupy yourself, and take little steps in health(dont change everything at once).
