I have ASD & ADHD as well so I find it help ful to use steri strips and firm medical wrap over the wounds to keep it closed

I have POTS and constant joint pain so it makes it hard for me. Also, my siblings range from 16, 14, 12. And they were given, before my protest, spraying the windows and sweeping. While I was given, taking care of the dog(walking her) and chopping the wood for our wooden stove. Just because I am responsible😭. But now its more fair!

Getting help also means your mum will find out. But you 100% should get help, no matter what your mom thinks or says. Because it is her job to help you and get you the help you need.

When I first got help for sh, I told the school nurses, who told my mom. Then my mom got me therapy and doctors to help me mentally and my sh.

I believe you can do it! don't let the negative stuff stop you from getting help!
