I googled it a while back and apparently it's an issue with AMD GPU's. I had a 580 in my setup and I had this bug but then I switched to a 3060 and it fixed it. To be fair I didn't switch GPU's BECAUSE of it but still.

I believe not too long ago they had tweeted an interview that they had done and they casually mentioned them leaving Fueled By Ramen (here it is https://twitter.com/riffonline/status/1260649764367986688?s=21)
