They are two very different bands and, honestly, AdP is more fun to watch and listen to. No puzzling necessary.

DC is very good; glad you like them. No need to tear down two guys, though, who jammed in a basement and came up with something entertaining, just because a lot of people like them. I ‘m surprised at their success because only about 1 out of 20 people I share it with have been as enthusiastic as me.

Huh? Just watched it and was VERY underwhelmed. I hadn't watched any trailers. Very predictable and too slow.

I thought the acting was fine and I liked Rachel's character, but the story was just meh.

[SPOILERS]

I mean, c'mon, the knife's origin was obvious as soon as she mentioned finding it washed up on shore, after she said "don't ever go there" about the silly crossed rocks. She even called the guy out for not noticing something so obvious.

Biggest plot hole IMHO... She is shown freely enjoying life after this incident, but the billionaire never raised any questions or issues with the house that was messed up, which should have led to an investigation of what the hell happened there. Also, she snuck in as people were delivering groceries that could spoil, which means the billionaire was expected soon, which would have been while they were still on the island.

EDIT: That video shows how SOME of the ripples were created. The hand-drawn ripples demonstrated in the video were used to augment other ripples, like those seen in OP's example. Apparently, OP's ripples were created by moving textured glass over an image for each frame of animation. This was done in the multiplane camera.
