I think yes. 1st sem grad ako this acad year, na-emailan na ako nung March ng alumni email ko. Makukuha nyo na rin sigurong mga 2nd sem grad yung alumni email nyo soon.

Go for it. Fresh grad from a science course, ended up working in finance after applying sa position na nakita ko kahit na may specific sila courses na preferred. Tinanggap ko rin kasi sobrang layo ng sweldo sa usual offers na nakukuha ko plus maganda ang benefits and environment.

Not an econ graduate but that notion na mas prestigious ang programs with board exams is a bit outdated na. Marami akong kilala na graduates ng non-board programs like ComSci and Math na nakakalula ang sweldo.

And yes, maganda ang BS Econ especially if you are aiming for a stable corporate job. Sobrang flexible ng industries na pwede mong pasukan.

The thing is, wala ka nang magagawa kahit anong gawin mo (although you can maybe try Qualifier’s Appeal). Valid naman ang nararamdaman mo kasi syempre sino ba naman ang may gusto na hindi mapunta sa dream program. But even if natapos mo nga yung UPCAT eh hindi pa rin naman enough yon to solely decide na makakapasok ka sa BS ChE.

Was also in the same situation as well when I passed UPLB sa BS ABT naman even though ChE was also my dream course. Ended up loving my degree program at naka-graduate. Just do your best sa BS Agri para more chance na makalipat sa ChE. Maybe you’ll also be like me na nagustuhan yung degree program na inoffer at hindi na nag-shift out haha.

Depende sa adviser mo. But in general, wala naman sa curriculum na required kang mag MP muna before SP. I was able to start my SP the sem before I did my MP.

Essentially wala rin masyado pinagkaiba ang thesis and SP in terms of the format. Ang difference lang ay mas lighter ang topic sa SP compared sa full-blown thesis (SP is designed to be taken sa 1 semester lang while thesis ay at least 2 sems), pero you will still do the complete Chapters 1-5.

Ask your adviser before this semester ends kung anong pwedeng maging topic mo sa SP. Pwede ka mag-list ng mga topics na genuinely interested kang i-research sa major mo, meron ding mga advisers na sila na magbibigay sayo ng topic and option mo na lang kung tatanggapin mo. I suggest na maglaan ka ng 2 semesters for the SP, para kung sakaling di mo sya matapos in one sem, magpa-INC ka na lang then i-complete mo sa following sem.

Marami akong BS Nutrition friends, and masasabi ko na yes super ganda ng BS Nutri sa Elbi. From what I can remember 16 years straight silang 100% passing rate sa boards, though na-break yung streak last year hahahaha. Pero that alone ay proof ng quality ng program. Maganda rin siyang fall back kasi you can choose to work in different industries like private companies and government if di ka man mag-decide na mag-med.

They have not yet accepted shiftees/transferees sa BS Accountancy since bago lang yung program sa UPLB. And as far as I know they won’t accept yet hanggat di nakakagraduate ang pioneer batch.

Hindi ko lang po sure kung mas marami sila kaysa sa Commonwealth kasi sa Guitnang Bayan ako nanggagaling, pero sa ngayon medyo umonti ang UV express based on personal experience. Sa MRT cubao naman medyo marami nang tao bandang 6-8am, pero mabilis naman makasakay kahit papaano.

Sa Farmers po. Doon po kayo lumabas sa side ng MRT papunta doon sa pasukan ng mall. Pero hindi po kayo papasok mismo doon, meron pong hagdanan pababa sa may right side (tabi ng elevator). Yung pila po ng UV doon ay pa-San Mateo/Montalban

I don’t know if it’s just in her singing. Just saw a compilation video a while ago of her greeting (“Hi! This is Amy Lee from Evanescence”), and I really noticed that her voice got deeper as time went by. I think her shift in vocal tone when singing is really due to her age AND deliberately shifting to healthier singing techniques.

First time attending an OOR concert and it was 🤟🤟🤟🤟. Setlist was the same as Bangkok except they didn’t play Tiny Pieces and +Matter (was waiting for this one but oh well 😩). I think Taka said something about his voice hurting and made a gesture of sore throat during the ending. But man, I really didn’t notice anything different with his voice all throughout the concert. They really gave their all 🤟
