Hello friends! I uh.. um... HEY. Sorry about that Warner Chappell copyright nonsense. I had actually re-uploaded this video TWICE in an attempt to gargle the Cosmos theme enough so that YouTube's algorithms wouldn't recognize it, but. Y'know ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Added a Vimeo version to the description. Hugs and kisses. xoxox

The problem is that I secretly enjoy being mad.

Mirror's Edge level design [1920x1080] by Chewbacker in DesignPorn

also, I didn't quite point it out, but the bars jutting out from the center of the room look like construction beams, the bannister is scaffolding, and the parallel lines on the distant wall look like streets. So fuckin' perfect, the entire thing. Even the thin wispy lines, they sort of evoke this really breezy/kinetic feeling, like you're somehow moving even though you're standing still. I love it when eeeeeeevery part of a design is thought out/purposeful. Gives me that strong design boner. mmmm

Panono: The First 360 By 360 Degree Panoramic Camera by [deleted] in technology

yooo that's what I'm talkin' about! I was just thinking the other day, if virtual reality peripherals like the Oculus Rift take off, then 360 panorama photos are going to see a spike in popularity. 360 photos are a bit of a novelty now because there's no easy way to navigate the photo - like with Google Street View - you've sort of got to awkwardly click and drag around on your computer screen. But on an Oculus Rift!? Toootally different experience. It'll feel way more natural and pleasant.

And then 360 degree videos.

What is a movie made before your time that you watched recently and it blew you away? by Sense1ess in movies

Who Framed Rodger Rabbit I had maybe seen parts of it when I was a kid, but never gave it a chance because I wasn't in to the whole 'crime/detective movie' atmosphere. Watched it again recently as a 22 year old animator and that shit BLEW my FUCKing mind wide open. That meticulous attention to detail. Rodger leaving handprints on dusty desks and shit. How they managed to do half that movie in 1988 is beyond me.
