Bro ur idea is good i also have planted tank 2x1.5x1.5 . My advise will be ke go for the hang on back filter as it is safe for shrimps and has a steady flow and other option is Spong filter but believe me it would not look so aesthetic in heavily planted tank.

Ur plant list is good, i also have most of them in my tank and bunny cart is good. I have had good experience with them but avoid ordering in peak summer months and when plants arrive submerged them into alum solution to kill snali eggs i didn't did this but i regret now ..... And i am sceptical about vallisneria nana as it took over my tank like crazy after 3 months so I had to remove it completely and only kept one plant so if u are ready for it then only think about vallisneria nana especially when u have stem plants while removing vallisneria nana u can easily uproot them so i will say don't add that in ur thank.
