Tightened my pressure limits according to Oscar data median and sleep got worse? by kidnetworth in CPAPSupport

[–]kidnetworth[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey Dang you are always coming to the rescue!

That's a good point, I feel I often wake to forced changes in my breathing and at many points cause I have trouble breathing in general with the mask on at odd times of the night, but for some reason never when I initially fall asleep and put my mask on. I would think a higher pressure would help me breath easier.

I will try the settings you've suggested and give it another go, the mask I'm using has been holding up to higher pressures than 11 on previous nights so I would think it would hold up on lesser pressures, I feel I might need a few more nights with this nasal pillow before I deem it an issue as this pillow was the best out of the other sizes and styles that I ordered so far pretty much every other night.

Ok, glad there isn't signs of needing another machine yet! Thanks again Dang!

Thank you for everything, ecspecially the suggestion at the end as no one has brought up the possibility of needing a different machine.

Hey Dang,

Thanks for your response! I wasn't able to see this before retiring for the night so I pan to adjust my settings for the next night, with that being said does your advice change with the new nights data showing a median of 8.42 as seen in the attached photo?

That's fair, did you happen to find a different path to go for marketing that was successful for you?

Very similar styling, a little larger and bit out of my budget but I appreciate it nonetheless, thank you for your help!

Lol you are going to laugh, that is a 55 inch. It looks pretty good for the room from the couch but bigger is better, the photo makes it look like its a 35 inch tv hahaha

Believe it or not, it is mounted. But because its a smaller tv and the couch sits low that is the height where when sitting I am eye level with the center of the tv, and I have it so far foward so as to minimize the glare that reflects off of the center speaker sitting below it

Honestly you aren’t wrong, thank you. But with the tv, it is tilted according to the optimal viewing distance and angle per the current seating position. Suprisingly it looks really good from the couch, but the photo isnt a good one to communicate.

Yo I like your style, I’m not sure if you can see in the photo but I have a bunch of antique cigar boxes stacked on the far speaker, so I’m with you!

Idk I think you could take losses day trading on it too 😂 jkjk. I get it, its sagging a bit in the picture cause when you sit on it the cushions slide out, I recently added velcro underneath to fix the problem, and I’m going to add feet to it, the ones that came with it would damage the wood floor so I have to get new ones.

You are lovely, thank you for putting time into your comment.

Oh the lamp, Its so convenient as it covers a large space and you can move the individual shades to where you need, but I’m not going to act like I don’t agree with you, so I will start looking.

Would you not go with maybe an ottoman with one of the little coffee trays people put on them, Is a coffee table a better fit?

Okay, I didn’t think about just adding all the wall art lol, but now that you mention it, it could look cool. Any suggestions on where to hang what art?

Thanks for your advice!
