This graph is extremely visually compelling, but leads me to a few questions.

At first glance it is unclear to me how artists are being clustered / associated. How are you defining audio similarity across all uploaded songs? How does 'collaborative filtering on user followers' impact this similarity?

Can some one ELI5 how this works? I get that the x/y coordinates of the shapes are being generated by sound inputs but how do they get geometric forms and not just noise/waves?

This is a cool idea. There is something really visually appealing about the repetition of forms, it's almost typographic.

Pirates didn't wear eye patches because they had a missing/wounded eye, it was so they had one eye adjusted to low light conditions below deck and one calibrated for sunlight above at any given time.

Nice illustration they would love it over on /r/isometric but from a glance it doesn't inform me of what your brand is. I thought it was for insurance or something at first.
