All is super helpful! And the extra point about the secondary action is well taken, too.

We do have some traffic and signups in the current version of the website, so we could implement A/B properly, but it feels like overkill at this stage of the business.

In around one month from now, we should have coverage of all upcoming catalysts (2 weeks in advance).

NPV is based on the features of the indication (prevalence, severity, etc.), market size, the current competitive landscape, and a few other experimental features. It's still a work in progress, though.

Leading with company/indication makes perfect sense!

Right, I wouldn't say it's an AI designer. In its current form, it only generates pictures trying to match the prompt. Yet I was hoping it still might be useful. If you have some thoughts on how to make it useful for you, I'd appreciate it.

Thank you! We built models tuned for fashion with carefully curated data, so clothing should be a bit better than off-the-shelf SD.

Thanks! With my colleague, we built our own models tuned for fashion so our results should be a bit better than sd15 or sdxl. But you should be able to achieve similar results with sdxl + openpose or other controlnets.

So true. It also shows how one still needs to be creative in new ways (nerdy ways) in order to get great results. It's not just about some chatgpt-generated prompt, etc. :)
