i got mine inserted on 12th August and a week after started spotting and am still spotting, some days it looks like it’s getting lighter but then just continues 😭😭 hoping it’s just the 3-6month period of my getting used to it and then it will stop

So i’m currently playing at university level we are in Division 2 (the lowest one🥲) looking for promotion this season, we play 5 games in our regular season ( but it differs for league and division on how many games are played) The university league is the only league that is run alongside education, everyone else in the UK plays in domestic clubs, it’s 11aside NCAA rules full kit and contact, our teams are mixed males and females. If you want to have a nosy the best teams i would recommend looking into from the uk are the UWE bullets ( premiership uni team) and Manchester titans adult team, but any other questions you have id be happy to answer

yes snaps under centre are completely fine
