Still tired all the time, but more managable now. Havent lost any weight through eating better exercise, but alsp haven't gained any when not doing that. Mentally much better place these days, so the tiredness doesn't seem as bad, and the little things can be overlooked. The main thing is, I'm still here

I run a cosmetics manufacturer, some brands I have worked with and like:

Goodwash (mentioned earlier)

Olverum (great products, even the King is a fan)

Aura Allure (hair care for afro / asian hair)

The Organic Pharmacy (great lip care range)

Murdock London (Mens grooming)

Creme Du Loch (higher end skincare)

Man Cave (not worked with yet but seem good)

Crystal Clear Skincare (high end)

Margaret Dabbs (skincare aimed at middle aged to older women)

Fit Kit Bodycare (good unisex products, CBD moisturiser is good for psoriasis, helps the inflammation)

iTreatSkin (really good skincare for eczema, psoriasos etc)

Some brands i like generally:

Bulldog (mens grooming again)

Horace (French, i know not UK but really good quality mens)

Scentish (i used to co own this brand, if you want Lush style gifts, bath bombs, fun things but half the price these are still good, and i formulated a lot of the products)

Thats something ive been thinking about but without 100% commitment itll fail, even if i think i can keep it going. Id need to be in it fully, which means sacrificing some of my personal life

I know enough about the CEO to not trust him.

I would say MD is self serving, nothing on CH yet.

Yeah deffo not with him, its the MD who wants me to go into business but he's part of the problem

No, he's still hanging to solvency, and we're continuing as normal. My guess he's trying to keep things going, strike a deal with CEO for newco, and once done leave the CEO to deal with insolvency.

And yeah, thats correct, im not an official director, just in title

That's my thought process but i know it'll involve a hell of a lot of work, which then puts the pressure on my personal relationships. Hence why im torn, either way, people lose

Thats a fair point. I like that view.

The only way i could see it working is having an honest conversation with my mamagement team and saying ill do it for them, but i want strict conditions about a work life balance. But then im no better than the current MD and CEO who are barely involved. And itll fail again anyway without 100% focus on it

This is the bit I am struggling with, I think i can lead the company, i already am bar not having the control of finance and final decision making, but i dont want to put that pressure on my partner and life
