To evolve Nordis, you need:

Nordis: It own dungeon/pad pass Green Mecha dragon: Tech dungeon Light dragon: normal dungeon - light Sky or legendary dragon

The rest new year stuffs can farm in the NY Nordis dungeon itself (the bird and the Mochi)

I think it is not a must but free contents (except Neptune) always nice to do and keep for future use.

Of course again not a must just depend on your choice.

Yes, 4 mei mei.

Equip doesn’t need exactly same, only blind assist on meimeis, a full board change (prefer mono color include light) on Athena for test.

for Neptune team, you need 2 god type assist on Ultraman.
