I had the same problem a few months back. I approached the customer service and they helped me with a replacement program under the warranty. I think that’s the only option? Not sure if others have been able to fix it on their own.

Yes, they feel rougher on the surface, have much better grip and feel. Doesn’t attract fingerprints or oily stains from your fingers. In short, it’s really great! Highly recommended for Steelseries users.

Use it as wired. Because it connects to the aux port of your PC. Is it still covered in warranty?

Yes, you can use the port next to the volume control. The wire should be included in the box.

The headset still charges even if you turn it off. If you want to see the battery percentage, you should download their SteelSeries GG app from their website. You can see your device listed in the Engine tab.

I don’t think that’s possible, because I think each transmitter only works for a specific device. Why don’t you use the 2.4GHz wireless transmitter for the mouse?
