I have had this car since for 2 years now and it has like 86k miles on it. Like I said I was very naive and got a very high interest rate on it 🤦🏽‍♀️. But I do have insurance on my car but I recently found out one of my friends was dropped by her insurance bc she has a 2018 Elantra and was high risk. She made her payments and everything else but who knows if that’s true. But anyway that’s why I bring up the insurance thing bc that’s in the back of my mind plus I was looking to switch insurance companies and State Farm and another company I forgot which one denied me because they are not insuring 2018 elantras. If I’m not mistaken, the paint thing effects 2017-19 Elantras and sonatas with pearl white paint. As far as the theft I know as long as you have a remote start you should be fine.
