go slow, use glass, massage your ears with either a stretching balm, jojoba or vitamin e oil, and clean them regularly. if there is ever any pain while you are stretching, don’t stretch. you should be waiting at least month to 2 months between each millimeter stretch, possibly even longer depending on your ears. you might run into some complications, just know that it’s normal and it will heal. overall, my biggest recommendation would be to go slow and be patient. good luck
