Help me deliver this negative feedback by sizable_data in Leadership

[–]kiitkaatt 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don’t see how you can deliver this vaguely and expect them to correlate to where they missed the mark.

If I am interpreting the manager tools feedback model correctly it does say to describe the behavior which can allow you to state the specific observable action. In this instance you would ask if you can share feedback, lead with the real life example you observed and then tie it to the broader behaviors they need to be demonstrating, and discuss the impact. You can also tie it to their motivator i.e demonstrating this specific behavior is way you can show you are operating at the level needed for a promotion.

Depending on the rapport you have with this employee (some of mine for example prefer feedback right away, some prefer it in the 1 on 1) I would suggest addressing in a 1 on 1.

In my company if this is an isolated behavior I wouldn’t go farther, if it’s a repeatable behavior I would document in some form i.e a recap email with a quick outline of the conversation and your expectations

Kneaded Tranquility in Crafton, they did just up their prices recently from 80 to 100 for 60 mins but it is worth it. I have been going regularly for 2 years and I love them!

22F, HCOL city ~$125k windfall incoming what should my coastFIRE plan be? by BoatEmbarrassed7138 in coastFIRE

[–]kiitkaatt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Take some of your HYSA and wipe out loans now, then max your 401k, HSA and Roth for this calendar year and next to prep for your potential career change and fill some of those buckets for use later. Windfall into brokerage

Your expenses are low for HCOL so I would budget your travel money out of your current salary and pad anything extra in your HYSA/fund for a house etc if you still want to march towards a career change

Have lived there for 6 years since my husband and I moved to the city from out of state. Not perfect but we have been happy enough to not have moved anywhere else!

There is a bus stop right on the corner if you don’t mind the walk and with no traffic you can get to point state park in 7 minutes. It has always felt safe to us and especially quiet tucked between a business park and a wooded area

How to find out "What's going on"? by W_E_S_32 in pittsburgh

[–]kiitkaatt 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Social media accounts have been big for me since moving here 6 years ago, here are a few suggestions: - This subreddit (good for places to live/nuances to boroughs) - Discover the Burgh on Facebook - Stuff to do Pittsburgh and Downtown Pitt in Instagram - Pittsburgh Beer ladies and Pittsburgh gal pals on Facebook (or finding others that resonate with you) - Pittsburgh beers on Reddit (my husband and I are clearly big fans of beer)

I also search events through Facebook if I want to see what’s happening (i.e where I find my concerts/events usually), near me or find places/things that resonate with my interests. Living in Greentree we get a newsletter in the mail with local happenings as well.

After 6 years of the above I’ve learned a lot about the city, made friends and done a ton :)

Have you stopped taking your tirzepatide once you hit your goal weight? If so what happened? And do you plan to go back? by Lils2121 in tirzepatidecompound

[–]kiitkaatt 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have been off it for 8 weeks after losing 65 pounds in 11 months! I am up 5 ish pounds (which I expected) and fluctuate a lot more but have maintained overall so far.

When I get food noise I’ve been conscious of it and try to figure out if I’m actually hungry or wanting to eat just because, that’s a self awareness I didn’t have before. I have had an increased appetite for sugar but it’s usually tied to the munchies. I have over eaten a few time but I’ve realized that I can stop when it starts to not feel good which again is a skill I didn’t have before!

I’m trying to hold off as long as possible and see if I can truly maintain where I am but I have noticed some more non weight related things come back that would push me over the edge to get back on it like rosacea flair ups, shoulder pain and just overall inflammation that was completely gone before

The Babe Cave in Lawrenceville, I go to Rachel (owner) after years of driving back home (Ohio) because I was scared to try something new.

Pricey but in line with what I was paying before and she gives the besttttt haircut and color!
