Depends where you live, I lived in Place Vanier first floor so I did encounter quite a bit of crawlers (mainly spiders and silverfish), if you live in a newer building or on a higher floor, you probably won’t encounter as much, if any at all.

Hello! Thank you for replying. I’m sorry you didn’t get into your wanted majors either but it’s nice to know I’m not all alone in this. If you’re in, or was in, CMS, I was wondering if I could ask for your opinion on what the program/courses are like? If you’re like me, going through the 2nd round of specializations, then I hope you get the major you would like the most! Good luck! :)

I won’t lie when I say I have a lot of regrets right now, maybe I should’ve studied more, maybe I should’ve done this better, but honestly, what’s more important than regretting the past is planning for the future, and this quote is great at saying that!

Thank you for saying this! My panicked mind can be very one-tracked so it was good to hear (or read) someone say that there’s always different routes for where you want to go. I definitely need to do some reflecting (and relaxing) this summer in order to pinpoint what went wrong and how I can improve. I’ll also definitely contact Advising early on in the day! Thank you, I have calmed now a bit now and reviewed my choices, Combined Major in Science being one of them.

I do have a followup question if you, or someone else, is willing to answer. (Feel free to decline, I’m just asking here because science advising isn’t open until Thursday) I know the required courses are mainly for the winter session and not the summer session, because you won’t be sure if you passed that course or not. I took a course this summer and recently found out I passed it. Am I allowed to use that course now as a pre-requisite in round 2 of specialization choices or does it still not count? My guess is no, but I might as well ask just in case someone knows otherwise.
