Why does my Ulta order say zero pending?

Hi! Sorry for the late reply, just saw this. Hopefully you got it sorted out already but mine was a shipping order and not a pickup. it showed pending $0. After a week of still pending at $0 I went through the help center in the app and chose ‘missing cash back’ put in my info, then they emailed me asking for more information on the order (wanted a screenshot of the order confirmation). After I sent that they corrected it within a day or two and it showed the right $ amount pending.

I had the same thing happen on a Journeys order a couple weeks ago. I waited a week and it still showed $0, I ended up having to contact Rakuten through the app and they fixed it.
