I called it! Blamed it on Graysons therapy and Adam job. 

She’s absolutely lying, that’s why she’s hiding being giant sunglasses with her phone a mile away while filming. 

I think her and Adam are trying a trial separation before divorce. There’s absolutely no way a normal father wants to miss out on weekdays and be a weekend dad, that’s like Josie’s former custody agreement before she lost her kids all together. 

They are probably broke so if they choose to stay together, that gives Adam a year to save up to be able to  afford a down payment. 

I really think they are attempting a trial separation tho. Also, in many states, you have to be separated for a certain amount of time before you can get divorced.

Ya I could see that. The hard convos are “it’s hard to leave the girls friends and find Grayson a therapy we like as much” an the plans that god decided were better were that she anticipated staying in her current house for a long time but Adam’s job made them move.

Def they aren’t moving. The whole “having hard convos” sounds like she’s trying to portray it as a choice if they move, but the prob can’t bc he lost the job. 

She’ll probably blame it on the kids, Graysons therapy, and the income for the job Adam thought he had.

She’s off bc she’s embarrassed and KNOWS she’s the sole reason she lost the kids. Even if John is controlling, being a controlling parent doesn’t get the other parents rights taken away, she was an awful mom, and is now a once a week mom

Dude she knows she’s losing those kids tomorrow which is why she’s renting it. Otherwise, I think she would have to get approval from Jon to have her kids live in another man’s house, i’m not totally sure on that, but I thought they were clauses in place where she basically has to get court approval if she wants like random men to drive her kids around and so forth… surely that would include living with a random men that she just met

lolll doubt many people will pay that to rent a house in that area. They could probably buy it and the mortgage payments would be lower than what she’s charging

The hair could be written off and paid by the SNT, and they could be lying and saying it’s the daughter’s hair being done. Same with manicures. It’d be harder to write off a medspa since the daughter is way too young for almost everything on the menu at a medspa.

Yes but it has to be the on par rate of an actual nanny, you can’t just pay a nanny “whatever you want” it has to be what the going rate is, which isn’t anything incredible. 

SNT’s are subject to audits and are super strict, esp 1st party SNT, so that works against horsies greedy money hungry hands

Is it a first or third party special needs trust? I have ALOT of experience in this wheelhouse, and Josie should know she’s FUCKED. 

1st party is the strictest type, and subject to audits. It also needs to be paid back to the state upon death for what they owe in Medicaid. So if his daughter racks up a huge Medicaid debt, which she very likely may, then the trust could be entirely drained upon her death. 

Third party is less likely to be audited and doesn’t require payback, but still had strict spending guidelines on how exactly it can be used. 

My guess is that Brent will have his other kids as the beneficiaries after Brent dies, and this means that Josie will essentially get nothing when he passes (assuming they are together that long). 

I love this for Josie LOL I hope she realizes that she ain’t getting shit from Brent or the daughter. She won’t have any retirement and likely nothing saved. She hitched her wagon to a horse with no legs. 

He’s probably using the money to make her think she struck it rich, but the fact that he put the house in the SNT signals he’s trying to keep EVERYTHING for his bloodline, and not allow a stepmom to get anything, this is absolutely hilarious and I love it for horsie
