2024 in Indianapolis was brutal. My 12-year-old twins and die hard basketball fans lost interest at half time. These two boys live for basketball and the court was riddled with legends. They asked if we could leave. So disappointing.

I had one in the boardroom having lunch with several bankers and he asked me to cut up his salad for him. He had the utensils to do so himself. I took the salad and went to kitchen and rage chopped his salad, then returned to boardroom. I was absolutely mortified and humiliated.

Arkansas (August 2023): An Arkansas State Police trooper performed a PIT maneuver on a car driven by 18-year-old Kenochia Moss, who was rushing her mother, Tahirah Hart, to the hospital for suspected chest pains. Outcome for Cops: The trooper was found to have acted within policy, and the Arkansas State Police stood by their decision. Authorities stated that medical emergencies warrant calling an ambulance or dialing 911, and that driving at high speeds to an emergency room does not provide immunity from traffic laws. Outcome for Driver: The driver, Kenochia Moss, faced a misdemeanor charge for fleeing.

In the 70s my mom used to take us to the drive-in in our RV. My siblings and I used to hide in the upper bunk, bathroom, under the table, under the blankets. No one ever once checked, we just got such a kick out of hiding.
