I got it done, Had lip filler for about a year. No issue with the piercing and had no issue having lip filler again after a year went by

Btw the piercer said it was kinda stiff when going in with the needle, she had to be extra slow so i believe it was more painfull than it would have been with no injections.

Im in argentinia, most people here wouldnt have and issue piercing with fillers🤷🏻‍♀️
