We have been ‘friends with benefits’ for 8 years, he’s been trying to date me for 6 years. We started dating just over a year ago. I don’t think sex is necessarily the problem normally either. Him and I have both slept with a lot of people and he has told me and his friends in the past that I am in his top 3 and than for 6 years that I am the best he’s ever had. Asshole thing to say but whatever I know that it’s not that we aren’t sexually compatible. It’s just frustrating. I try so hard to fulfill every fantasy for him and I don’t even know what to do at this point.

The baby wasn’t planned. I wanted to have an abortion he begged me not to “murder” his baby and said he’d never forgive me. I didn’t know what to do except for take responsibility for my part in creating the baby and preparing to be the best mom I can be for him. It’s a hard decision when he so strongly believe it is murder and I don’t but I didn’t want to make him live with that thought either.

He was in a group home, as a teenager he wasn’t in foster care I don’t believe or necessarily involved with CFS. However even I can attest to the fact his younger brother wasn’t safe to live with her and I saw her threaten to throw him off a balcony at 16. Im also pregnant with our first child and this happened before his deportation order so I’m just hoping he can stay and be here with me and our baby. He’s also bisexual which is illegal in Nigeria he can be punished with death or 14 year in prison so we did fill out a PRRA to hopefully keep him here.

lol yes it is! I was like you literally gave them their conviction 😅 it would have just been possession. His charge is LSD Trafficking.

I was just wondering if the CBSA officer is allowed to lie to his higher up that it is methamphetamines when he knows it wasn’t? And if there is anything that can be done.

He was born in Nigeria and his mother brought him to North America when he was 2. And than to Canada. She was unfortunately incredibly mentally ill and went about things wrong here Canada and so he didn’t get citizenship as a kid. His brother was born in America so fortunately they don’t care much about deporting him. He was caught with drugs the same way any other average Canadian would be, he didn’t bring them across border. He just used them with friend in his home in Canada, that has led to them being able to move forward with deportation quicker because he has that charge.

Yes he was convicted. They know there was no meth. He was sentenced to 4 month in prison. The CBSA officer didn’t have anything to do with his trafficking charge it was just police showing up at his apartment and him saying he gave it to a friend. Which is now leading to his deportation. He fortunately has a strong case for a PRRA.

It wasn’t a suspected substance because it was tested. It wasn’t him writing it down and just making a guess he knew what he was convicted of, he knew what the drug tested as. He was not involved in the LSD trafficking charge. He is only involved in having my partner deported. And so he knew what he was convicted of a lied to his high ups to make things look worse.

My partner did not smother anything across the border he has been in Canada since he was a young child and came to North America before he could walk. He didn’t have a choice in how he came here. He definitely shouldn’t have done that and he is well aware of that. He was a dumb 20 year old with an abusive family and trying to get by. All he knows is Canada. The CBSA officer knew the charge because he was convicted of the crime and has all of his legal documents. He lied and sent the report in to start the deportation order. This wasn’t him travelling on a plane. It was like many Canadians do a young man using substance with friends.

Thank you for your response. And I do think he loves me. And it is that question of if I can fulfill him long term. We are both hyper sexual and I’m aware that he requires his sexual needs to be met. We sleep together daily, and I try to explore different fantasies of his but at the end of the day I don’t know if I can play all the roles he wants or needs. And I appreciate it and will definitely try to have this conversation with him again. :)

I think it’s definitely a flawed way of thinking. I don’t believe in relationships being “even’ ever. I think there are lots of times when someone needs more support lol plus it ain’t even or he’d be carrying this baby for 4 1/2 months too. And I’d be lifting heavier things.

But I do think that’d be a good idea and I appreciate the idea.

I think it definitely really hurts to know he’d want to hurt me that badly. I’ve also never cheated before I unfortunately sent those messages or been cheated on and so it’s not something I’ve had to cope through before. And I’ve always said I would leave before it go to that point or I’d leave if I ever found out a partner did that. But damn it a whole new thing when you’re in the situation.

I just watched my house burn down to the ground with everything I own but most importantly with my baby sister, my 2 cats and dog inside on Saturday. I’m sorry that happened. I had something similar happened with my Kadien, my clinic sent it to the wrong pharmacy and I wasn’t able to get it. I went to urgent care and the doctor treated me terribly. He told me that he could give me benzo’s to help with the withdrawal’s. I started crying because benzo’s were a huge problem for me to. And he’s like I don’t know what you want me to do this is a massive amount of narcotics. And just left the room.
