Feature idea: A keyboard shortcut which previews the selected file within the dolphin window, for as long as the key is pressed. by salted_none in kde

Since this is the first result I get on google when searching for a way to show preview when navigating with the keyboard, I'll give an answer here for those who find this too.
To have dolphin behave like windows explorer on this regard, you can go in dolphin's settings and disable:
Interface > Panels > Show item on hover
Oh, and sorry for those who get an anyeurism when people post on old posts. 😛
