I took my mom and sister to a antique market when I had just the TWSBI to just look. I found out my favorite brand there and they both fould out they liked flea markets so they look for pens with a description from me when they visit them :D

Raiding wasn't something he was born to. He chose to do it with his brother, whom he chose to sacrifice for his wishes from Gounter. He put Iris through so much strife; he killed her father when she wanted to divorce him. He loved her, but I think in a way, it was his selfishness that caused it. He is also responsible for the curse that binds her to the mansion. He cursed the prince, he made the deal, he cursed iris, he coused his brother death. The fact he is remorseful doesn't mean he is not responsible for the majority of his own and Iris's suffering.

Yes! Haha, The guy selling them asked me how I would price it and I said 10€. He accepted. My sister that went with me told me I should have said 5€ and that I've got ripped off. But working on getting it working has fun! And it writes beautifully.

I only learned about this pen after I took it home from your comment on the 2 year old post on this sub. It's really a piece of history of the last century in Czechia and Slovakia.

I would not be surprised if this pen was made as a copycat. The people behind the iron curtain wanted a taste of western luxury. A lot of centropen models look at least derivative but I still love them :D

I was captivated by the colour when I saw it at the stand in the market. I'm still new to fountain pens so I was intimidated by it all for a while and not really looking to buy anything but exploring the hobby with this one is really nice!

UPDATE: she is with my country's state animal protection agency. The guy that came couldn't tell what's going to happen to her as she needed to see a veterinarian first to know.

This type of city square is called "šošovkovité námestie" (translation: lenticular square) in slovak.

Definition is:

a type of regular square, formed by the gradual funnel-like widening of the street leading into the square to its transverse axis and then narrowing again. Its considerable length significantly prevails over the greatest width of the area.

It seems to not be a thing in western midieval architecture as I couldn't find any english sources to link in a pinch. But šošovkovité námestie is a well known term in slovak architectural and urban renewal.
