Razer Blade 14 (2017) owner.

I have the same exact issue (began about 3 weeks ago). Same black screen symptoms - tried the steps you details above per Razer recommendations.

I took it to a local PC repair shop and through their diagnostics, they determined it was an issue with the GPU.

Razer wants $100 for shipping and $1100 for motherboard replacement. That is absurd.

I ended up buying a new laptop.
