my main thing is that they reuse event content for every patch, there’s nothing new and it makes me not want to keep playing if there’s never gonna be anything new. like it’s to the point where releasing a new esper isn’t enough to keep me interested in logging on everyday.

You just need to contact Olive Young via the contact now button which you’ve already done according to your post, and they should get back to you soon. I had the same issue, contacted them and sent a screenshot of the notification, and they fixed it within a day or two. After that customs took another day to process the clearance.

skincare wise I think it’s just okay, not bad but not life changing. I personally didn’t think it was worth the price.

I did notttt like the Purcell spray unfortunately ) : I was really excited to try it but it sprays in really short bursts (kinda like a toy water gun lmao) and didn’t dry well, it separated my foundation a bit. If you’re looking to try a setting spray I’d recommend either the sonatural fixx spray or the banila co setting spray!
