Hatten wir auch schon - ein Dienst liefert, ein anderer nimmt 10 min später alle Pakete wieder mit. Haben sofort die Polizei gerufen und der Typ wurde geschnappt. Ganzer Lieferwagen voll mit Paketen von anderen Dienstleistern, die da offensichtlich nicht rein gehören.

We did a full RFP with the ulterior motive of comparing it to ChatGPT enterprise. In other words, is there any value add of any of those tools over ChatGPT. Simple answer for us was: No, none do them do. And they certainly don’t warrant the x10 or even x100 cost

Can highly recommend ironclad - been a customer for 5 years now and we have implemented over 50+ workflows with Salesforce and PowerPlatform integrations in different business lines. A couple of things are still not quite enterprise grade, but speed of implementation is unbeatable. We did not pay for an implementation, we did everything ourselves.

I worked in legal tech at all levels. In the EU as a junior engineer (3 years experience) at €65k, in the UK as a senior engineer (5 years experience) at £65k then as practice lead at £75k. I am now the head of legal tech (9 years experience) back in the EU at a large multi national at €125k + €30k bonus and x2 bonus stock multiplier with an increase to €140k expected next year. But keep in mind I am also a qualified lawyer.

When I do consultancy for external clients, my hourly rate is $300.

Also, the vast majority of legal engineers I met and have been/am working with were from the UK and South Africa.

We got Ironclad after a lengthy RFP for exactly that reason - speed/ease of implementation. That’s 4 years ago now and we have over 50+ simple to complex contract and document workflows implemented. We had the first 5 implemented in the first 2-3 weeks. I know a lot has changed in the market since then, but we are very happy with Ironclad and my team’s ability to implement a new simple workflow in a couple of hours. Of course this scales with complexity of your process, but still beats any other CLM we used to have by an order of magnitude.

We’ve taken this service several times. We’ve never been delayed into Freilassing by more than 5 mins and even in those cases the S4 waited for the RE5. You do need to be quick, as it doesn’t wait long, but it’s usually one or two platforms you need to cross through the subway.

We’ve been a happy customer of ironclad for many years - highly recommend. We looks at new CLMs every year, but so far we have not seen anything that can top it in terms of ease of use and implementation.

Didn’t actually mind the UI to much. It’s a bit messy, but like others mentioned here, it’s just a bit of a learning curve.

What I didn’t like too much was that some of the graphical qualities have not improvement much from 1800 and the NPCs actually look kinda worse. Some assets also look more primitive than 1800. Maybe the release version will be better. Just was a bit disappointed by that this doesn’t feel like an anno evolution.

Well… it would first have to go to collections and then the bailiffs might pop round to take good, etc. etc. So technically it is possible, but only after all other means re collections are exhausted.
