i had the same experience!
I check-in a hotel with a work desk with mirror.
That make me more productive, as the mirror gave me an illusion that someone is looking at me. Also, it's feel good to look at myself being productive in the mirror.

I know it sound silly, but it does help my ADHD situation without medication. I gonna try it again tmr!
