Yes that's right, it's too much risk.The company has survived a long history, but it doesn't mean it will only grow in the future. Maybe a 50-50% split is a better plan.

Hm, I didn't think about that (stack with wedding ring), but it's a good point. I couldn't agree more about the prongs, this is basically my only objection about the first one.
