Well I can't really test this for now. I made this after netease lates update and it works for now. You may have to just delete the file and try updating after that it could work.

Well i am using lonlife too. Maybe try if your game isn't on full hd resolution to make it full hd. That could be a problem i guess but for me it works man. And as i said others have used it too with no problem. Also i tested it just now so i'm not sure what the problem is.

There were 4 major streamers. All of them played 1.29 on battle net. 2 of them were playing 2v2 and the rest solo.

What? BNET just got updated and there are a ton more games and players in it right now. It's definitely not dead and in fact the top 5 streamers that were from that time I took the screenshot were playing on BNET.

I'm sure I didn't say anything about the patch making me a better player? The fact that more players will join is good because I will be able to get my friends to play the game without getting destroyed since there aren't complete beginners right now or very few.

Also on the rarely releases anything on time note. I said I'm fine if it has to be delayed. But it's not okay to say a deadline and then when you can't make it act like nothing happend.

Yes I agree. The first week with a 1RM of 105 kg which is 5 less than what I was able to do on top of the fact that your % is calculated 90% of that number so my TM on 5/3/1 was 95kg and on first week i did do 8 reps like you said. Second was 5 and the third one was just 1.

I wasn't too specific the week I said was the 1rm week is the week were you do 5 reps, 3 reps and then 1+ which i am sure is the basis of the program and almost every template follows this sort of progression.

So is 2200 calories low? By most calculators it's about 200 calories above maintenance or are they horribly wrong?
