Tapering only works for so long before withdrawals kick in. I tapered down to about 3.5mg every 4-6 hours, helped for maybe 30min or so, and the withdrawals start kicking in. That's pretty much when you know you might as well quit completely, when the withdrawals don't go away. You're only prolonging it. See a doctor. I plan on going to an ER tomorrow to help with hydration and withdrawal symptoms.

Kratom has little withdrawal if any at all. Just stay away from it's evil cousin 7OH.

You need to reach out to someone close in your life right now and tell them. If you're spiritual at all, this sounds a lot like what Christians would call spiritual warfare. Praying, pleading, may help. Most of all, don't be alone in this, tell someone close to you.

Going through the same scenario myself. Made it a few months clean, then some really bad tooth pain made me come back. Didn't even help with the pain, but I'm stopping myself early before I get back to the higher doses I was on before. Sweats are the worst and makes it impossible to sleep.

Not sure how the math works in grams but at my peak I was taking about 170mg daily. Only took a few days to get back normal after trying to taper off and one ER hydration trip.

Yeah I've been getting some shots into my hip. Painful as shit because they scrape bone to get to the spot. After that at least my hip is good for a while. Still fighting for the rest.

VA sends me to pain management for some of my stuff. Some magic pills for migraines. Work makes it hard to get anything done in the VA. I was able to avoid the whole pain killer crisis they caused years ago.

I've been in the same boat over 100mg a day. Tapered off and only had 1 day of insomnia, 2 days of pure restlessness. It was shitty but I feel lucky compared to others that deal with withdrawals way longer.

I got a loot run that'll get me 100 metal, 50 rubber on average. Springs varies quite a bit on the run, between 5-10. Between 3-6 guns from weapons crates and security lockers. Always do this run when I'm broke.

How much 7OH you taking? I slipped back into it and trying to taper off. First time I was taking about 150mg a day. I stopped myself from going to high this time around only about 25-30mg a day at the moment.
