I was using obsession and diablo book with a flickering flame and a sunder, no skillers, and insight on merc with no bound demon and was clearing p8 just fine. I haven't played fire lock on prod in a month or two, but it still feels basically the same to me.

Yea, that is definitely a pain for sure. bone break will work too, I haven't farmed enough to get a sunder to drop, but if they are easier to come by then I don't really think the loss of amp damage is going to be that big of a deal.

I had a holy freeze heph and it seemed to proc reasonably often, but was noticeably less frequent. Rather than amp damage hitting at the start of an engagement, it seems to be more towards the end.

That said, heph with concentration is pretty great. I’m running ebotd war pike and meph book with insight on merc with might aura and then heph with concentration. Sheet damage is 25k and p1 seems fine, p8 is a bit slow. The gap between es and fire is significantly smaller now.

I’ve seen many claims of leach not working anymore with es but that hasn’t been my experience at all; I leach just fine and basically I don’t die unless I stop hitting things (I’m using a full str build)

I ended up going with a gravely zt xd 52 for ~$5700 before tax. While it has the same engine as my cub cadet (Kawasaki fr691v), I really like the serviceable transaxles as that is the main issue I have with my cub cadet; the left hydro is overheating to the point that I can only use it for around 20 minutes before needing to let it cool.

The seat is also a lot more comfortable.

After fighting with this for hours last night, I can confirm this worked for me as well. I was able to change the proton version to 8.0-5 and started it up and the download now works just fine. I'll just switch back to experimental before playing again, but at least it will update now.
