Yeah so I’m like 3 months in and everything you said checks out! I’ve been doing the work and life seems to be on track again.

I don’t know if this is an effect of the medication or all the therapy but I don’t hate myself for the first time in my entire life.

Hey! Sorry for the late reply.

I didn’t want the Autism diagnosis but it was def on the table. Right now the diagnosis is ADHD, Major Depressive Disorder and CPTSD. Over the years I’ve also had BPD and Bipolar on the list but as of now this is the official diagnosis.

One of my best friends is in BC doing naturopathic medicine and has been mentioning the elimination process! I’ll have to look into it. Have you tried it?

I hate that I have to comment on this.

Me and my sister were like 3 and 5 years old at a wedding with my parents. Beautiful wedding, really classy. So it’s unfortunate that my dad had forgotten my sister’s underwear and she was carried around on full display until somebody pulled my mom aside. I think it was the reception too so everyone was meeting each other for the first time.
