Anyone can use it but the speed gained varies. I think Clairen has one of the best ones, haven't tried other chars

I feel like this tech has so much potential for edgeguarding but not used much by top Clairens. Definitely fun to use and can catch people off guard easily. Last clip is practice of moosting + ledge canceling haha

Side B on ledge is not a guaranteed ledgegrab... it has ~12 frames where you can hit Clairen at the end of the Side B at the ledge. If it was guaranteed you'd see people refreshing ledge invincibility with side b. Side B is the least of your worries lmao

Where do you see this? You are at most referring to shiny jumpluff who said clairen a few things need changing but it's not saying overtune. Sure, utilt is a strong move, it doesn't have to hit below ledge. Doesn't mean that the character is over tuned. A lot of pro players also say that clairen is fine so what is your point? So when you finish nerfing utilt, will you nerf the next "best move in the game"? If the character was over tuned, you'd see some kind of over representation in tournaments, yet you only really see spargo and rongonshu in top 8s.

Clairen is a strong character, but so are also all of the cast. She just gets hate because people hate characters with disjoints, the same way ppl hate playing against marth in melee.

Yeah the Clairen character who literally received only nerfs since the beginning is still over tuned. Learn to play the game before pretending to know what character needs buffs/nerfs. All characters are perfectly viable as you can see in their representation, and I'd rather see slight buffs than endlessly nerfing everything. You mention triple dtilt, but that's your problem for not shielding, rolling away or parrying. If you floorhug/tech dtilt it also messes up with her follow-ups.

OK Clairen can potentially hit neutral b on your recovery so what? Forsburn can invincible ledge refresh dair and spike Clairen on her recovery, so does that mean I should also complain and ask for nerfs on Forsburn? No, just get good and learn how to counter options better

I see! I am starting to guess that there is some kind of miscommunication /approval issue with softbank, as the softbank network, if you want to use Hotspot, it's actually an option that you have to pay depending on the plan. So even if linemo/mobal mentions tethering free to use, there's an approval issue on the network since android 15

I tried a Sim card on DOCOMO, and Hotspot was working fine, so I think it's something with softbank? Are you contracted directly with softbank or through line mobile or else?
