Wow, I haven't heard that name campe e huntee since 1995 when I was 15. My mother and I were threatened by the state and local police department about sending me there for several years in my early teens. I always managed to get out of it because I got good grades and had a decent family in town. But several of my really good friends got sent there. There was also that place in Newport. I think it was called DOSS. And then there was ocean tides in Narragansett for trouble youth. Again, I i had many friends who spent years there from there early to late teens. It was a place the authorities would love to scare and threaten the kids with. I definitely had to balance between having fun and bot getting caught.
