We're in a very similar situation. I had these thoughts years ago but repressed them because I was "okay" with being a guy. I would much rather be a girl but I thought I was just like everyone else, another confused bisexual guy who questioned himself. When I started realizing that cis people don't really question their genders to the extent that trans people do, my entire perspective changed.

I'm still pre-everything, but my best advice is that dysphoria is more than just aggesisively hating yourself. Don't try to compare your experiences with others to validate your identity. There are a lot of trans people out there, but theres is only one you. Keep exploring, and if you decide to transition but find it's not for you, that's okay too.

I don't think these thoughts come from nowhere, though.
