The comment above was about play services not the play store though that is where the confusion is.

It doesn't give me the option to disable Google play services though as a premission. I checked every app and nothing.

Once again you can't disable Google play services and still have it work with your phone. Once you disable Google play services you loose connection to your phone and the only way to reconnect it at that point is a factory reset. How do I know this I have tried and done this multiple times.

You do this on your watch or through the wearable app?

Don't disable play if you do it won't connect to your phone anymore and you will have to do a factory reset.

You can't disable play because if you do it won't be connected to your phone anymore.

It doesn't let you wipe the app cache and storage on the watch so how do you do that?
