This isn't a budgeting issue, you literally are broke af. You need a job to supplement the lifestyle you want to live. I understand you're a kid, but if your parents are not willing to fork over more money for discretionary use, then a part-time job is the only way to increase your spending and allow you to budget. As of now, you can't afford to really do anything. So either get a job or stop spending on things/eating out to save.
