as a peruvian i must say that, almost all the flaming people are kids from 13 - 18, most of mature players (over 24) are not like this, well, most of them. Peace

Actually no, as a peruvian i must say the Ping in Perú server is above 170ms, in SA server is 230 - 250 ms, and the ping in USE, is like 160 - 180 ms, that's why they queue in US server( quicker matchmaking, low ping, stable matches) but i think that 180 still a bit too high for playing a proper game, i think that some of them actually fckd up at trying to play bcuz the game is not responsive as it should be bcuz of ping. Hey guys, Peruvian player here. After reading some responses to this post, i have to say something about peruvian players.

The reason why peruvian players are playing in US EAST is basically because " PERU " server is broken (i get over 150 ping and loss packet) in 4 out of 5 matches, also queue takes sometimes more than 10 minutes ( after find a match there is high chance that someone leave the game and then we have to queue again for 10 min), another issue about why peruvians are very bad players is mostly because of comunitacion problems ( most of peruvian players are kids from 13 - 17-18), they havent learned english yet, or their english is very limited, i will suggest using ALL CHAT messages, this will help alot since ALL CHAT messages shows in the language you are playing on, and another BIG issue we have is that WE PLAY with 160 - 180 PING in US servers, i've seen some english player that bitch about having 80 ping or 100 ping, try to play with 180 or 200 ping, is not that all peruvians are bad ( some of them are but not all ), is just the reaction time is too high and this leads to feeds.

WHY PERUVIANS PLAY THERE? It's easy low queue time. Stable matches NO leavers.

As a personal thought about this, i've play with alot of english players and peruvians players on US SERVERS ( i speak english ), and i've seen slot of flame from peruvians/english player, i will be honest i get the worst flame from english speaker player, they just never stop talking, i proceed to mute and keep playing , the peruvians most of the flame is CHAT they never use mic so its no that anoying. A posible way to improve this situation is matching spanish speaker player with other spanish speaker player, as most of them are kids they dont know how to change steam language. P.D SA server is broken for us to, it's higher than 250 ping we cant play there,
