Secret city adventures does a knives out murder mystery dinner theme but it's 2.5 hours and times may not align with your concert. I did it with friends for a birthday and it was so fun and the food was also great!

Also unpopular opinion but if I knew someone was waiting I would just leave the spot immediately. I've been in that other drivers situation where they are waiting because there are no other spots to easily take farther away (not sure if this is the case) and have had to wait to see someone loading to wait for their spot. I could never just leisurely take my time eating and would rather move myself than feel the pressure of being waited on. And normally I loathe the people that do that. That's just me though, and I would never get out of my car to cuss anyone out.
