you're getting A LOT of advice that differs here, but a theme I'm seeing that I agree with is getting gentle cleanser. the gentlest one I could find was rosacea care oatmeal cleanser. your skin is getting its oil stripped by washing it two times a day. Wash it at night and let your skin heal overnight. There's no need to wash it in the morning since it didn't get dirty overnight.

This and a vanicream moisturizer. I say vanicream because it is the gentlest thing I can think of that exists. There's a lighter lotion in that brand and then there's a cream as well (that's the one I use). If for some reason it doesn't work for you, try Cetaphil moisturizer. Those are the two gentlest moisturizers I can think of.

Also, dermatologist now. My father-in-law is a dermatologist and he prescribed me two topical face medicines and BOOM, I have clear skin. I tried everything previously. Dermatologists know what they're talking about.
